This area is defined as all lands owned by the state of Alaska between Mud Bay Road, River Road and the Chilkat River and Tidal Estuary. This land is bordered by the Carr’s Cove Subdivision on the southeast and private property at the end of River Road on the northwest. The area is within Section 3, T31S, R59E, CRM, and Section 11, T31S, R59E, CRM. (Ord. 13-10-354 § 4)
