14.12.010 Personal property or equipment use.

No employee, officer or department head of the borough shall rent, loan, trade, or make other proprietary arrangements with respect to borough-owned equipment unless specifically allowed for under the following conditions:
A. Bilateral assistance arrangements with other governmental agencies;
B. Specifically allowed for by an approved ordinance or resolution;
C. Directed by the manager if the equipment to be rented, loaned, or traded is not available from any other local source.
