Each application for a Class III preference right shall be transmitted to the assessor/land manager for appraisal. The assessor/land manager’s report shall be prepared in four copies. One copy shall be mailed to the applicant, one copy kept by the assessor/land manager, and the other two attached to the copies of the application on file with the clerk. The assessor/land manager shall then return the copy of the application to the clerk for further processing.
