Public notice of a lease of land is required to be given under the provisions of this chapter. Thirty days’ notice shall be given by posting notice thereof in three public places within the borough. The notice must contain the name of the applicant, a brief description of the land, its area and general location, proposed use, term, computed annual minimum rental, limitations if any, a declaration stating the particular method of disposal by which the disposition is to be effected and the time and place set for a hearing on the proposed lease.
