Unless otherwise specifically provided, any person violating a provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor offense and punished by a fine in the amount set forth in HBC 1.24.040, or if no fine is there established, a fine of not more than $100.00. (Ord. 22-02-607 § 13)
