There is hereby established disaster planning and emergency response services in the borough. Executive and administrative duties of the disaster and emergency response plan are identified in the emergency operations guide. Personnel may be appointed by the participating municipalities as may be deemed necessary by those governing bodies to properly and safely accomplish the purpose of disaster planning and emergency response services.
