A disaster and emergency response plan, developed by the Haines Borough and the Alaska Division of Emergency Services, has been adopted by the borough and may be amended by resolution with notification to the Alaska Division of Emergency Services. The disaster and emergency response plan, entitled the “Emergency Operations Guide,” shall be reviewed by the borough mayor annually. (Ord. 07-05-157. Formerly 2.52.030)
