Slips are numbered areas enclosed by floats set at an angle to the finger floats and designated for the exclusive use of privately owned vessels, both commercial and pleasure, upon the owners thereof having first made arrangements with the harbormaster and having paid in advance to the borough finance department or harbormaster the slip license fee provided in this title. Each slip shall be numbered in such a manner that its location can be readily determined. (Ord. 12-01-281 § 4)
