The boat launch ramps located in borough port and harbor facilities are facilities maintained by the borough under the direction of the harbormaster. Such facilities shall be open to all members of the public for the launching and recovering of vessels at a fee set out in HBC 16.16.135. (Ord. 12-01-281 § 4)
