A. The board shall operate under the bylaws of the Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center, Inc.

B. For as long as the Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center, Inc., houses its collection in the borough museum facility, the borough manager, or its designee, shall hold an ex officio seat on the Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center, Inc., board. (Ord. 23-01-636 § 4; Ord. 21-07-590S § 7)
