A. Borough Clerk. The borough clerk shall, before entering upon the duties of the office, be bonded by the borough in such sum as the assembly shall direct.

B. Borough Chief Fiscal Officer. The chief fiscal officer shall, before entering upon the duties of the office, be bonded by the borough in an amount not less than $100,000, which bond shall be conditioned that the chief fiscal officer will faithfully and honestly collect, keep and disburse all the moneys belonging to the borough.

C. Other Officers and Employees. Each borough officer and employee who collects, has custody of or disburses any public moneys, or who has custody of and issues materials, supplies and equipment, shall, at the expense of the borough, be bonded in such amount as the borough assembly may determine.
