3.04.030 Central finance.

The chief fiscal officer shall be responsible for the collection, custody and disbursement of all moneys from whatever source.
A. The chief fiscal officer shall provide on a monthly basis to the manager the following statements:
1. Summary statement of cash receipts and disbursements;
2. Reconciliation statements: banks, investments and funds;
3. Forecast of cash position compared with actual.
B. The chief fiscal officer shall provide a monthly report to the assembly of all funds and activities requested by the assembly from time to time and in the format requested.
