Expenditures directly related to the investment of the permanent fund shall be included in the budget to be paid from the income of the fund. Investment expenditures include only the following fees: custodian, investment manager, brokerage, account maintenance and reporting, wire transfer and safety deposit box. (Ord. 07-08-164 § 5)
