The borough chief fiscal officer is designated as the official with the responsibility for managing the moneys received and disbursed within the medical service fund and as directed by the assembly. Recipients must be public or private nonprofit organizations providing medical equipment or services to the Haines community at large. (Ord. 12-10-305 § 4)
