Changes to a contract may be accomplished after execution of the contract by change order. A change order shall be based upon agreement by the borough and the contractor and, if applicable, the engineer and shall be signed by all parties. It shall be the responsibility of the purchasing agent or the project manager, as applicable, to draft the change order. All change orders in excess of $25,000 or 60 days shall require approval of the assembly. (Ord. 19-07-544 § 4; Ord. 14-10-392 § 4; Ord. 09-06-210 § 4)
