When an assessment is payable in installments, if an installment payment is delinquent, the entire principal balance of the assessment, plus accrued interest, becomes immediately due and payable and subject to penalty. The enforcement of the lien of any installment shall not prevent the enforcement of the lien of any subsequent installment. Assessments or installments thereof shall become delinquent the day after they were due, and enforcement of collection thereof shall be made in the same manner as is prescribed for the enforcement of real property taxes in AS 29.45.
