The clerk shall keep a record, or cause a record to be kept by the appropriate department, of all licenses and permits granted by the borough, showing the date issued, to whom issued, the amount collected, the date of expiration, the premises or property described therein, change of location, or transfer, if any, and any other pertinent facts with reference thereto.
