A. No person shall manufacture, sell, offer for sale or possess for sale or barter, traffic in, barter or exchange for goods any alcoholic beverage without first having obtained a license therefor as required under AS 04.11.

B. For purposes of this chapter, “licensed premises” has the meaning given in AS 04.21.080(b).
