The Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center, Inc., including a building owned by the Haines Borough as the repository of the collections and articles on loan or acquired and owned in public trust by the Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center, Inc., and its other assets, is operated and administered in its entirety by a board of trustees.
