At the time of the hearing scheduled pursuant to HBC 3.90.080, all persons concerned shall have a right to present their objections to the assessment or any part of it, and to point out errors and inequalities, and submit reasons for amendments and corrections. The assembly may continue the hearing from time to time. After the board of equalization has heard all objections and suggestions, it may approve, correct, revise, raise, lower, change or modify the roll or any part thereof or set aside the roll and order the remaking of the assessment. The assembly shall adopt a resolution confirming the roll as corrected or revised by the board.
