A commercial tour permit issued for the previous year may be renewed upon application to the clerk. The review standards that apply to initial permit applications shall apply to applications for the renewal of a permit, except that a renewal application does not require a hearing under HBC 5.18.040 unless the applicant proposes an expanded tour.
