A commercial tour permit may be revoked or suspended for the reasons identified and procedures set forth in HBC 5.01.060. Appeals from the decision of the manager shall follow the procedures set forth in HBC 5.01.065. (Ord. 20-03-562 § 23; Ord. 18-09-512 § 33; Ord. 10-10-243 § 10)
