A. Burial at Jones Point Cemetery requires a burial permit which may be obtained from the Haines Borough.

B. If a dead body is not claimed, or there is disagreement regarding burial, within 72 hours, the Haines Borough will inter the body at Jones Point Cemetery and bill the estate or next of kin for the costs incurred. (Ord. 23-09-658 § 5)
