12.20.020 Form of street light request.

A street light request must be in writing. The request must:
A. State the location of the existing or new utility pole on which the installation is proposed.
B. Estimate the length of wire needed to service the pole if a new pole is required.
C. State whether the light is needed to illuminate a public road or alley or whether the light is intended to illuminate private driveways or private property.
