Wharf areas are the areas suitably posted and marked, designated by the harbormaster, for the purposes of loading and unloading supplies, equipment and stores, passengers, and cargo. No vessel shall be moored in such designated areas for any longer than is reasonably necessary for loading and unloading. (Ord. 12-01-281 § 4)
